1. What JobSphere AI is

JobSphere AI is a job discovery platform that aggregates publicly available technology job listings so you can browse them in one place. We are an aggregator and index — we are not the employer, recruiter, or hiring party for any listing.

2. Applications happen on the source site

Every application is completed on the original employer or source website. The external application link opens only when you tap Apply Now on a job's details page. We do not receive, process, or store your job applications.

3. Accuracy of listings

Listings are provided "as is". They may be out of date, filled, or removed by the source at any time. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any listing and recommend you verify details with the employer.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, resell, or bulk-extract the Service or its data.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use job alerts and notifications for personal, non-commercial job seeking.

5. Notifications and alerts

Email alerts and push notifications are opt-in and reflect the categories and preferences you choose. You can change or stop them at any time.

6. Donations

Optional donations are processed by PayPal under PayPal's terms. Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and do not purchase any product, service, or preferential treatment.

7. Intellectual property

The JobSphere AI name, branding, design, and original content are ours. Aggregated listings remain the property of their respective sources.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobSphere AI is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service, reliance on any listing, or interactions with third-party sites or employers.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
