Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Deliver Trella s Operational and Product value propositions and services to designated portfolio and capture business value and achieve commercial and financial objectives. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum of a Bachelor s degree and experience focused on freight processes and operational improvement is a plus. (2-5) years of Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Sales. SaaS, Tech-based, and startup background is a plus. A winning mentality and hunger for growth. All the following skill sets / previous experiences may be relevant to varying degrees: Sales & Account Management Project Management Freight Forwarding Import and Export Supply chain management Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems under pressure. Solid and demonstrated working knowledge of the Import / Export Industry Innovative mindset focused on doing things better, faster, more efficiently. Ability to collaborate and work with a highly diverse set of customers, transportation partners, and internal partners. Passion for the service needs of our customers and transportation partners. Analytical and critical thinking ability. Strong communication and organizational skills.
