Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong client relationships.Manage contract renewals and ensure timely submission of commercial proposals.Coordinate with Cost Control, Operations, Tendering, and other departments to prepare pricing for renewals, task orders, and new requests.Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue from existing clients.Monitor contract profitability, deductions, and project performance, and take corrective actions when needed.Handle client inquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction.Develop and present customer management plans, action plans, and periodic performance reports.Coordinate meetings, presentations, and important client communications.Manage client expectations and ensure service delivery aligns with contractual commitments.Support tendering activities by receiving RFPs, coordinating proposal preparation, attending bid meetings, and ensuring competitive and profitable submissions.Promote System One services and act as a professional ambassador of the company.Collaborate with all internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and client retention.
