Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Financial Management: Manage the full set of accounts including General Ledger, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations
• Handle cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management analysis
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations
• Assist in annual audits and liaise with external auditors
• Maintain internal controls and assist with financial policies and procedures
• Banking Operations: Manage day-to-day banking activities including payments, transfers, and LCs
• Coordinate with multiple banks regarding facilities, guarantees, and account services
• Monitor bank transactions and ensure timely reconciliation
• Prepare bank documentation for new facilities, loans, and amendments
• Maintain banking relationships and track interest charges, overdrafts, etc. Administrative Support: Assist with office administration including documentation, contracts, and renewals
• Coordinate with HR/PRO for visa processing, labor contracts, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain company licenses, insurance, and compliance records
• Support procurement and vendor management as needed
• Ensure smooth office operations and handle general administrative tasks

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Accountant with strong expertise in accounting, banking operations, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in finance and accounting within the UAE, in-depth knowledge of banking procedures, and the ability to support general office administration and compliance tasks.
