Accountant

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers. Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Prepare VAT reports and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations. Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and supplier payments. Monitor project costs and prepare profitability reports. Reconcile supplier and customer statements. Maintain fixed asset and inventory records. Prepare monthly financial reports and management MIS reports. Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with company policies. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE. Experience in the signage, construction, manufacturing, or advertising industry will be an advantage. Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Odoo, ERP, or similar). Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Malayalam/Arabic is an added advantage).
