Accountant (CA,ACCA,CPA Qualified) - Female

Al Asayel Health & Safety FZE is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced female accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, UAE accounting experience, and a clear understanding of VAT regulations, financial reporting, and compliance requirements. Candidates holding professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or Chartered Accountant (CA) with proven experience in managing accounting functions will be given preference. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports
• Monitor financial details to ensure compliance with legal requirements, including VAT filings, JAFZA submissions, and other regulatory obligations
• Handle data entry, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor accounts regularly
• Review reconciliations and verify the accuracy of all financial transactions
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Conduct budgeting and forecasting exercises to support business planning
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making
• Liaise and follow up with banks regarding existing and new financial operations
• Maintain organized financial records and assist in audit preparation
• Perform administrative and reporting support functions within the finance department

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Mandatory).
