Accountant Team Leader

Manage and monitor petty cash accounts to ensure proper handling and documentation. Prepare labor wages and ensure timely, accurate payments. Coordinate with site accountants and review their accounts for accuracy. Review and classify General Ledger (GL) transactions to maintain correct accounting records. Oversee subsidiary accounts and ensure they are accurately maintained. Liaise with branch offices to support financial processes and controls. Lead the monthly closing process, ensuring deadlines and accuracy are met. Analyze financial data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making. Utilize Power BI and other data analysis tools to improve reporting and data visualization.
