Accounting Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Main tasks: Have general accounting Produce the summary accounting statements and all accounting documents Duties (tasks and responsibilities): To take into account any risk that could compromise the achievement of assigned objectives and to implement appropriate actions in response to risks and opportunities that impact compliance with requirements, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken Prepare the accounting statements from the information system. Correct and address anomalies detected by the information system Centralize accounting data and supporting documents, verify their validity and proceed with their registration Classify and archive supporting documents for accounting transactions; Ensure that accounts are kept in accordance with accounting and tax rules and procedures and the provisions of the Financial Accounting System (FCS), from the entry of data for accounting documents to the presentation of financial statements and other supporting documents. Analyze and monitor account balances Monitor accounting operations and analyze each account Prepare the bank reconciliation statements and the VAT statement. Reconcile the intercompany accounts To perform any mission or task related to their job and within the scope of their skills and abilities within the organized framework, and not expressly described in this job description. In terms of QHSE: Respect and enforce the general safety instructions and rules in force within the Company and the project Ensure the application of the procedures and rules dictated within the framework of the Integrated Management System Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) by: Reporting any observed anomaly, malfunction or failure that could have a negative impact on the quality of services/products, the health and safety of workers, or the environment. Proposing, if necessary, corrective/preventive actions and measures Ensure the provision and wearing of appropriate collective and individual protective equipment (CPE and PPE). Raising awareness of the process approach and the risk-based approach Capitalize on all feedback, decide on the need to revise the planned arrangements, and share the acquired or modified knowledge with colleagues.
