Accounting Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee the entire accounting function of the company in Dubai, including financial reporting, bookkeeping, and accounting Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the management team Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations and standards Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Responsible for cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning Develop and implement efficient accounting policies and procedures Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals Collaborate closely with other departments such as finance, legal, and operations to achieve the company s financial goals Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the technology industry or startup environment Expertise in applying accounting principles and practices, as well as knowledge of IFRS Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous Fluent English skills; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous Company Industry InternetE-commerceDotcom Department / Functional Area AccountsTaxationAuditCompany Secretary Keywords Accounting Manager Get real-time job updates only on our App
