Accounting Team Lead

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the entire accounting team Conduct all necessary training to keep the team's skills and knowledge up to date Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled Review corporate and personal income tax to ensure accuracy Monitor and mentor/train junior staff Detect and address potential compliance issues Maintain constant communication with the auditor, MOF and other related parties Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals Responsible for monthly closing and P&L issuing Responsible of issuing clean balance sheet Preparing analysis reports and ad hoc management reports Supplier reconciliation Inventory reconciliation Volume rebate reconciliation

Requirements

Bachelor degree in accounting auditing or finance Certificates or master degree is preferable Minimum 7 years' experience in accounting field Extensive corporate and personal tax experience Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases Expertise working with QuickBooks and Microsoft dynamics ERP is highly preferable Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for numbers Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment Able to motivate the team and lead by example
