Accounts Executive

Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including journal entries, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, management reports, and account reconciliations. Handle bank reconciliations and monitor company and client-related financial transactions. Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, cash-flow monitoring, and expense control. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation in accordance with UAE accounting and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with Chinese-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders regarding invoices, payments, financial documentation, and account-related matters. Monitor and reconcile client payments, service fees, refunds, commissions, and other transactions related to Migration Investment services. Support VAT-related documentation, audit preparation, and financial compliance requirements. Work closely with management and other departments to provide accurate financial information and resolve discrepancies. Ensure all financial information is handled with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Desired Candidate Profile

UAE Finance/Accounting experience. Strong Accounting, Reporting & Reconciliation skills. Budgeting and Finance Operations experience. Fluent in spoken Chinese. Able to read and understand Chinese Experience with Chinese clients/stakeholders preferred. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Employment Type Full-time
