AI Engineer

Join FEKRA s engineering team to design, train, and deliver advanced AI and machine-learning solutions for real-world applications. What you will do Research and prototype deep-learning, NLP, LLM, and multimodal solutions; build scalable data and training workflows; collaborate with product and engineering teams; and support the full AI product lifecycle from ideation to production. You will also help ensure responsible AI practices, including fairness, transparency, and bias reduction, while keeping current with the latest AI advances. Desired Candidate Profile 5+ years of professional AI or machine-learning experience and a record of delivering AI systems in production. Strong Python plus practical experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; NLP, LLM, or multimodal architectures; MLOps; distributed training; and AWS, GCP, or Azure AI services. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, data-engineering, deployment, and model-optimization skills.
