AI Engineer

Job Responsibilities: Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve business challenges. Work with large datasets to extract insights, clean, and preprocess data. Optimize model performance, accuracy, and efficiency. Design and implement AI algorithms for task, computer vision, or predictive analytics. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply innovative techniques. Ensure scalability and efficiency of AI solutions in production environments. Troubleshoot and fine-tune models for performance improvement. Desired Candidate Profile Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, Data Analytics or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, power BI, copilot studio, generative AI, and AI agent Proficiency in Python, experience with large datasets, data preprocessing, and feature engineering. AI Specialization: Strong understanding of deep learning Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse complex problems and implement AI-driven solutions. Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
