AI / ML Engineer

Design, develop, and maintain AI agents, RAG workflows, and API integrations for banking and financial services Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions Ensure security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in all AI systems Implement monitoring, testing, and observability for AI models and pipelines Contribute to the documentation and adoption of AI engineering standards and best practices Optimize AI system performance and delivery speed through continuous improvement Support the integration of AI features into customer-facing and internal platforms Deliver a functional RAG pipeline prototype integrated with banking data sources Implement monitoring and logging for an existing AI workflow Document engineering standards and best practices for new AI features Contribute to the review and improvement of security protocols for AI systems Collaborate on the successful launch of at least one AI-powered feature or enhancement

Desired Candidate Profile

Solid experience developing AI/ML applications using Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, and RAG architectures Strong understanding of API design, integration, and deployment practices Experience applying security and compliance best practices in AI systems Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of deliverables Experience with financial data, banking platforms, or fintech products Knowledge of ethical AI principles or regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR) Exposure to cloud AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure) Experience with MLOps tooling and deployment pipelines Familiarity with Arabic or other languages spoken in our key markets
