AI-Native Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

We're building a team of engineers working at the frontier of AI-assisted software development. Whatever your backend stack — Node.js, TypeScript, Python, PHP, .NET / C#, Java, or Go — if you already build real products with AI in the loop, we would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you. Our customers are moving fast to embed AI into their products and into the way they build software, using agentic tools to take work from idea to production.What matters is solid engineering craft, real experience using AI agentically to ship code, and a readiness to grow into new technologies where the work needs it.Please note: this is a hands-on software engineering role — you’ll be building and shipping AI-augmented features. It is not a Data Science, Machine Learning research, or model-training position. If your focus is statistics, model training, or data analysis rather than building software, this role isn’t the right fit.ResponsibilitiesBuild and ship full-stack web applications and AI-powered product features, from early idea to production release.Use modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor as part of your daily engineering workflow — for research, prototyping, code generation, refactoring, testing, debugging, and documentation.Integrate AI capabilities into real products, including LLM APIs, retrieval-based systems, RAG, and agent/tool workflows.Review AI-generated code critically. Make sure it is reliable, maintainable, secure, and consistent with the team’s engineering standards.Take part in architecture discussions, technical design, and code reviews. Help define reusable patterns and practical team practices for working with AI.Work closely with engineering, product, delivery, and customer-facing teams. Understand not only what needs to be built, but also why it matters for the business.Stay flexible with the stack.
