Alliances Partnerships Manager – Home Decor & Furnishing

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and design consultants. Identify new business opportunities and secure high-value interior and architectural projects. Conduct product presentations and design solution demonstrations for consultants and clients. Drive product specification during the design stage of projects. Track projects from specification through tender and final order placement. Collaborate with contractors, developers, distributors, and channel partners to maximize project conversions. Maintain regular engagement with key decision-makers within the design community. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare sales reports, project updates, and business forecasts. Desired Candidate Profile 4–6+ years of experience in specification sales within the UAE. Strong existing relationships with architects, interior designers, and design consultancy firms in Dubai. Experience selling furniture, home décor, lighting, furnishings, sanitaryware, flooring, wall finishes, luxury interiors, or architectural products. Excellent networking, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of the project sales cycle. Self-driven with the ability to work independently. UAE driving licence preferred. Currently based in the UAE preferred.
