Analyst - Strategy

Support strategic planning and transformation initiatives through detailed data collection and analysis. Conduct market research, benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify opportunities and risks. Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed initiatives. Track and report on KPIs and project performance metrics to measure progress and outcomes. Assist in the design and delivery of presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of strategic efforts. Analyze internal performance data to identify areas for operational improvement. Monitor and report on the implementation status of strategic transformation projects. Support strategic workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings. Maintain comprehensive documentation of strategic initiatives and analytical models. Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization platforms to present insights. Assist with financial modeling and resource allocation analysis. Coordinate with PMO teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. Provide support in aligning projects with UAE healthcare regulations and national strategies. Keep up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare strategy and transformation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education and Certification Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Economics, Public Health, or related field (mandatory). Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Strategy Management) is an advantage. Knowledge and Skills Solid understanding of strategic planning and healthcare transformation processes. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Analyst – Strategy benefit from having experience/competency in: Healthcare data analytics and reporting Strategic initiative tracking and dashboarding Lean healthcare or process improvement initiatives Health system performance benchmarking Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) Stakeholder mapping and engagement support Financial analysis and cost-benefit evaluations Presentation design and storytelling with data Experience 2–5 years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, healthcare consulting, or project management within the healthcare sector.
