Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Orchestrate complex project logistics, including vendor management, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks, developing contingency plans to keep projects on track and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering clear communication and alignment to achieve project objectives and shared success. Manage and maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, timelines, and progress reports, providing transparency and accountability. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, business administration, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project logistics or a related role, demonstrating a proven track record of success. Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification is highly desirable, showcasing a commitment to professional development. Experience in the [Industry Name] industry is preferred, bringing valuable industry-specific knowledge. Eligibility Criteria ✔ Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable ✔ Candidates must be immediate joiners ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible Attached JDs for your reference.
