Arabic Client & Sales Coordinator Remote

Labeeb Writing & Designs is hiring a full-time Arabic Client & Sales Coordinator for a remote, hands-on coordinator role, with Egypt as the primary hiring market. Preferred professional experience is 2 4 years. This is not a Sales Manager, Head of Sales or senior management position. The coordinator will respond to Arabic and English customer enquiries through Interakt and Google Meet; understand and qualify requirements; recommend the right Labeeb service; explain the process, pricing and next steps; follow up professionally; and convert qualified leads into paid customers. The role keeps accurate records in Labeeb One and coordinates with the internal team across Career Services, Business Solutions and Academic Support. Complex or unusual academic and business requirements must be escalated to the appropriate Hub Head before scope, price or timing is promised.

Desired Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have excellent spoken and written Arabic, strong professional English, genuine sales or customer-conversion experience, disciplined follow-up, confidence on video calls, good judgement, and the ability to learn CRM and productivity tools. Experience serving UAE, Saudi or wider GCC customers is an advantage. The full-time schedule will align with the company s approved UAE/Dubai working schedule.
