Architect – Engineering Hub

To lead architectural design and coordination within the central Engineering Hub, supporting the design delivery of villas , towers, luxury residential, hospitality, commercial and mixed-use projects across the UAE main contracting industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ● Develop and coordinate architectural designs across assigned projects, from concept through to construction documentation. ● Coordinate with structural, MEP and other design disciplines to ensure integrated, buildable design solutions. ● Prepare and review GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, design packages and shop drawings. ● Liaise with local authorities to obtain design approvals (Dubai, Abu Dhabi and other emirates as required). ● Support project teams during tendering, value engineering and design review stages. ● Review site queries and provide timely technical clarifications to site teams and subcontractors. ● Ensure design output complies with applicable codes, standards and client requirements. Desired Candidate Profile ● 8+ years of architectural design experience within the UAE/GCC construction industry. ● Strong knowledge of local authority approval processes across the UAE emirates. ● Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM coordination workflows. ● Demonstrated experience producing GFC drawings, design packages and shop drawings. ● Strong coordination skills across consultants, contractors and internal site teams. ● Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil; UAE authority registration is an advantage.
