Area / Retail Sales Managers

Oversee daily operations across assigned retail stores. Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets. Supervise store managers and retail sales teams. Monitor store performance, customer service, and staff productivity. Ensure proper inventory management and stock controls. Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews. Train and motivate teams to improve sales and service. Report sales results and operational issues to management.

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales or store management. Proven experience managing multiple retail outlets. Jewellery retail experience.
