Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales growth plan specifically for Saudi Arabia, to successfully achieve the agreed company sales growth targets and budgets
• Coordinate effective communication between the related internal departments like global marketing, segment, Corporate Key Account Management, Factories & the local organization
• Create quotes based on customer applications and under consideration of the appropriate products
• Improve business relationships and provide direct local support to the global key accounts located in the Region
• Support in the order winning process with strategic and/or complex customer visits
• Introduce systems and solutions sales to distribution channels, OEM & major end-user clients
• Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in mechanical, electrical or instrumentation engineering or equivalent experience with 2 to 5 years plus experience in a field sales position
• Professional experience in technical sales, preferably knowledge of measurement and control technology would be beneficial
• Exposure to the Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverages and Water Industry in the region will be an added advantage
• Outgoing, convincing manner with a strong focus on our customers and their needs
• Ability to work independently and a high degree of self-motivation
• Fluent speaker in Arabic and English language
• Based in Saudi Arabia Willingness to travel as part of a field sales role
