Assistant Manager - Operating Assets FP&A

The FP&A Manager for Operating Assets will be responsible for management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, analysis, and performance monitoring of some of Qiddiya s operating assets, including theme parks, hotels, golf courses, and sports venues. Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for operating assets in collaboration with FBPs and Asset Management Support scenario planning for pre-opening, ramp-up, and stabilization phases of assets Track and analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and actionable insights to FBPs, asset managers, and leadership Develop dashboards and performance reports in collaboration with the FP&A reporting team using tools like Power BI and Anaplan

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in finance or business management. Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or ACCA are highly recognized. 6+ experience in finance and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) is required, preferably within asset-intensive sectors (such as hospitality, theme parks, sports, or entertainment).
