Assistant Manager Estimation (Civil)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead estimation activities for Civil, Structural and Building projects
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs and scope of work
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Analyse material, labour, equipment and subcontractor costs
• Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations
• Identify project risks, exclusions, assumptions and potential cost impacts
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and Commercial teams
• Support preparation and submission of competitive and accurate tenders
• Review estimates prepared by junior estimators and engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering. 15+ years of relevant experience in Civil Estimation/Tendering, preferably within EPC or Engineering & Construction
• Strong experience in Building, Civil and Structural works
• Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off and costing
• Experience in EPC/Construction projects preferred
• UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage
• Strong MS Excel and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
