Assistant Manager Proposal (Mechanical & Pipeline)

Lead and coordinate preparation of technical and commercial proposals for Mechanical, Piping and Pipeline projects. Review ITTs, tender documents, specifications, drawings and scope of work. Develop scope-based estimates, BOQs, man-hour requirements and cost inputs. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commercial teams for bid preparation. Review subcontractor and supplier quotations and ensure compliance with tender requirements. Prepare technical submissions, methodologies, schedules, assumptions and exclusions. Support tender clarifications and client queries. Ensure proposals are complete, accurate and submitted within deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline. 15+ years experience in Proposal/Tendering/Estimation within EPC, Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction. Hands-on experience with Mechanical, Piping and Pipeline scopes. Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, costing and tender documentation. UAE/GCC and ADNOC project experience will be an advantage. Excellent coordination, analytical and communication skills.
