Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the growth and execution of marketing strategies across a portfolio of F&B brands. The role is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, new product launches, social media strategies, local store marketing, and aggregator promotions to achieve business growth. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, results-driven marketing professional with strong leadership and people management skills, capable of leading a team of 15–20 members while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a strong customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: Brand & Marketing Strategy Develop, propose, execute, monitor, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns at both market and store levels. Drive brand growth through innovative marketing initiatives across assigned F&B brands. Plan and execute new product launches and seasonal campaigns while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints. Develop and implement local store marketing initiatives to increase customer acquisition and sales. Continuously review brand performance and recommend short-term and long-term marketing strategies. Digital Marketing Manage digital marketing activities, including social media platforms, websites, mobile applications, and online ordering platforms. Plan and execute promotions across food aggregators and digital channels. Monitor campaign performance using analytics and performance metrics to maximize ROI. Coordinate with creative, media, PR, influencer, and digital agencies to deliver impactful marketing campaigns. Market & Consumer Insights Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages. Understand consumer behavior and ensure marketing activities align with customer preferences. Strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement through meaningful and value-driven marketing initiatives. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team of 15–20 members. Allocate daily tasks, monitor project progress, review deliverables, and ensure timely execution of marketing activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and external agencies, to execute campaigns successfully. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives. Performance Management Monitor campaign effectiveness and prepare marketing performance reports. Measure key marketing KPIs and recommend improvements based on data and insights. Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand standards, budgets, and business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field. Professional marketing certifications will be an added advantage. Experience 6–7 years of marketing experience in brand management or a marketing agency. 6–7 years of experience in the Retail, Hospitality, or F&B industry. Experience in QSR, Retail, or Consumer Brands is highly preferred. Proven experience managing digital channels, including websites, mobile applications, and food aggregator platforms. Experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns and new product launches. Other Requirements UAE Driving License – Mandatory Willingness to travel between outlets and attend marketing events as required. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, CRM, and performance analytics. Creative mindset with strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
