Assistant Store Keeper

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Assist in inbound and outbound operations and documentations. Prepare GRNs, packing list, delivery notes, invoice etc. Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems or registers. Report damaged, missing or excess items to the Store Manager Follow company procedures for storage, handling and stock control. Prepare or assist with inventory reports and documentation. Perform other store-related duties assigned by the manager Desired Candidate Profile Graduation or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a store or warehouse is an advantage. Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel or any ERP software. Ability to communicate effectively and work well with team. Willingness and flexibility to work on a shift basis.
