Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Title Associate - Presales Job Scope The Associate - Presales supports the Sales team with technical coordination, material preparation, and relationship management for effective pre-sales operations. Main Duties and Responsibilities • Assist the Sales team by coordinating technical aspects of pre-sales activities; • Support the Sales team in responding to customers requests understanding requirements, and tailoring proposals; • Support the Presales Engineer in creating demos, proposal documentations, and presentations; • Complete required pre-sales documentation in a quick and accurate manner; • Provide support to the company partners and customers; • Respond to after-hours support queries during assigned rotations and escalate issues if needed. Desired Candidate Profile Education • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline. • Prefer to have Fundamental certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), AWS Cloud Practitioner, Cisco CCNA, IBM, VMware VCTA, Fortinet NSE, or similar are considered a plus. Experience • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in Presales, Technical Support, IT Infrastructure, or System Administration. • Good understanding of enterprise IT concepts, including networking, virtualization, cloud computing, cybersecurity, storage, or data center technologies. • Basic knowledge of one or more leading technology vendors such as IBM, Citrix, VMware, Microsoft, Red Hat, Dell Technologies, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, Fortinet, or similar is an advantage. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand customer business and technical requirements. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in delivering technical presentations. • Strong willingness to learn new technologies and build technical expertise through certifications and vendor training. • Internship or academic projects related to enterprise infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, or digital transformation. #LI-DNI Company Industry IT - Hardware & Networking Department / Functional Area SalesBusiness Development Keywords Associate - Presales Get real-time job updates only on our App
