Associate Analyst, Business Development

As a Business Analyst within Services Business Development, you will support the team in identifying and advancing business opportunities across key customers and sectors. Responsibilities will include: Conducting market, customer, and competitive research to identify growth opportunities Supporting the development of Client proposals, presentations, and business cases Analyzing sales pipeline, revenue performance, and business metrics to generate insights and recommendations Assisting with opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting activities Coordinating with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Consulting, Finance, and Delivery teams Preparing materials for customer meetings, business reviews, and leadership updates Contributing to strategic initiatives and projects aimed at growing Mastercard's Services business Developing a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, financial services industry, and Mastercard's products and solutions This role is ideal for a recent graduate who enjoys analytical problem-solving, working with data, collaborating across teams, and contributing to commercial growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
