Asst. Manager Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations. Support tendering and contract documentation processes. Coordinate with internal departments for project execution. Attend meetings, networking events, and client visits. Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records. Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare periodic business development reports. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3 7 years of experience in business development or sales. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of market trends and customer relationship management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. UAE driving license is an advantage (if applicable).
