Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Assist the Chairperson in monitoring financial performance across various business divisions. Review MIS reports, budgets, cash flows, profitability, and financial statements. Monitor compliance with company policies, SOPs, statutory regulations, and internal controls. Coordinate with Internal Audit, Finance, Legal, HR, and Business Heads on governance matters. Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and management summaries for the Chairperson. Analyze business performance and identify financial and operational risks. Follow up on implementation of management decisions and action plans. Track regulatory and compliance requirements. Conduct data analysis using Excel and prepare meaningful management reports. Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism. Support strategic projects assigned by the Chairperson. Desired Candidate Profile Female candidate preferred. Age: 28–40 years. Pleasant personality with high professional ethics. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Highly organized with attention to detail. Self-driven with minimum supervision. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
