Banking & Finance Associate Manager – Group Finance

Arrange and secure working capital, capex, project finance and development facilities. Manage relationships and negotiations with DRC, Pan-African and international banks/DFIs. Review financial models, cash flows, business plans and financing structures. Coordinate lender due diligence, documentation, approvals and disbursements. Optimize revolving facilities, overdrafts, trade finance and cost of capital. Coordinate with company Finance Controllers from loan origination to disbursement. Monitor liquidity, loan covenants, compliance, repayments and lender reporting. Report to Management on financing pipeline, liquidity and banking relationships and provide required performance information to lenders. Support financing of projects across Mining, Mining Services, Manufacturing, Automotive/Logistics, Real Estate, Healthcare, Renewable Energy and FMCG. Assess project viability through capex budgeting, financial modelling, NPV/IRR, risk assessment and funding strategy. Monitor fund utilization, project reporting and successful financial closure. Role Purpose Lead banking, capital raising and financing activities for the Group, managing relationships with local/international banks and DFIs and coordinating financing requirements across mining and non-mining businesses.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. 7+ years in corporate banking, project finance, treasury or corporate finance. Proven capital raising and working capital/capex/development finance experience (non-negotiable). Mining/natural resources financing experience and knowledge of DRC financing practices preferred.
