Banking sales officer - Credit Cards

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Promote and sell credit card products to potential customers. Generate new leads through direct sales, referrals, and networking activities. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers. Assist customers with the application process and ensure accurate documentation. Follow up with customers to complete applications and maintain strong relationships. Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain daily sales reports and update customer records in the system. Attend training sessions and team meetings as required. Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries professionally. Desired Candidate Profile Previous experience in credit card sales, banking sales, or direct sales is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales goals. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Good understanding of banking products and financial services is an advantage. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
