Identify and approach new clients such as property developers, offices, malls, hospitals, and hotels. Promote facility management services like – cleaning services, MEP maintenance (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), building management and Pest Control. Prepare service proposals, tenders, and quotations. Meet clients, conduct site visits, and understand facility requirements. Negotiate contracts and close new deals. Maintain relationships with property managers and building owners. Work with operations teams to ensure service delivery after contract award. Track leads and sales pipeline using CRM systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must possess Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 10 to 15 years’ experience in Facilities Management Services and MEP / HVAC Strong negotiation and communication B2B sales experience Networking and relationship building Must have UAE driving license Employment Type Full-time
