We re looking for a detail-driven professional who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to engage clients through implementation, training, and pre-sales support. What You ll Do: Technical Execution on Mega Projects Apply strong technical BIM skills to support complex, large-scale projects across the region. Work hands-on with Revit and BIM workflows to ensure precision, coordination, and quality across all project phases. Leverage your engineering background (Architecture, Mechanical, or Structural) to solve real-world project challenges. Maintain a sharp eye for detail, ensuring all deliverables meet the high standards required for mega projects. Implementation, Training & Pre-Sales Lead pre-sales technical sessions, presenting tailored BIM solutions to potential and existing clients. Implement and support BIM technologies, including Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams on the latest BIM tools and workflows. Engage with new customers daily, articulating complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences. Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise that supports business growth. Why This Role? Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role. Holding a BIM Diploma is required. Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within the software or AEC industry. Strong proficiency in Revit and a solid understanding of BIM workflows. Experience working on large-scale or mega projects is a strong plus. Excellent level of English. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to produce high-quality presentations with a keen attention to detail. Nice to Have: Familiarity with 4D modeling. Knowledge of Dynamo, Python, or other programming tools. Previous experience as an instructor or trainer. Own a car is preferred.
