BIM Specialist

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The BIM Specialist will be responsible for participating in pre-sales activities, including delivering technical sessions to potential and existing clients. They will implement and support BIM technologies, especially Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud. The role involves conducting training sessions for clients and internal teams on the latest BIM tools and workflows. The BIM Specialist will engage with new customers daily, presenting cutting-edge BIM solutions tailored to their needs. Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging BIM technologies to continuously improve service delivery is crucial. Collaboration with the sales team to provide technical expertise that supports business growth is also a key responsibility. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in architecture, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering is a MUST. Minimum 4 years experience in similar positions. Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within the software industry. Proficiency in Revit software. A strong understanding of the BIM workflow. Excellent level in English. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate complex technical information to non- technical audiences. Familiarity with 4D modeling is a plus. Knowledge of programming tools such as Dynamo or Python is a plus. Preferably owning a car. Priority will be given to candidates with previous experience as an instructor.
