Business Analyst/Techno Functional Consultant/Finastra Fusion Loan IQ

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banking stakeholders. Review Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and prepare Functional Specifications and Test Cases. Participate in Loan IQ implementation, customization, configuration, and support activities. Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and production deployments. Work closely with business users, developers, system analysts, and vendors to deliver banking solutions. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Loan IQ functional and interface-related issues. Support system integrations with core banking and third-party applications. Prepare user documentation, training materials, and process workflows. Track changes, enhancements, and implementation activities throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with banking standards, security policies, and data confidentiality requirements. Desired Candidate Profile 5+ years of experience in Finastra Fusion Loan IQ implementation and interface development. Strong knowledge of Loan IQ modules, loan processing, accounting, pricing, accruals, and payments. Hands-on experience with SDK scripting, Inquiry Scripts, Event Management, Scripted APIs, and Batch Processing. Good understanding of syndicated loans, bilateral loans, loan administration, and commercial lending processes. Experience with Oracle Database, Stored Procedures, Java/J2EE, XML, and REST APIs. Strong experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, functional documentation, SIT, and UAT testing. Banking domain experience is mandatory. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
