Business Development Assistant
Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.Follow up with prospects and existing customers to maximize business opportunities.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Administrative & Executive SupportManage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.Handle phone calls, emails, and business correspondence.Organize and maintain files, documents, contracts, and reports.Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries when required.Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely completion.Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, and management reports.Support management with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
