Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of BD or sales experience in: Pharma companies (marketing, sales, medical) Healthcare consulting Market research firms (IPSOS, IQVIA, IPSOS Health, Kantar, MRO, etc.) Healthcare agencies Strong UAE network with brand managers, marketing managers, medical managers, commercial excellence, CI teams, or hospital executives . Skills Solid understanding of: HCP research Qualitative & quantitative methodologies UAE healthcare ecosystem Tendering & contracting (bonus) Excellent pitching and negotiation skills. Personal Traits Well-connected and confident in the healthcare community. Target-driven and hungry for commission-based income. Highly professional, polished, and reliable.
