Business Development Executive - Interior Architecture & Design

HAGDESIGN, a manufacturer of high-end bespoke woodwork, decorative metalwork, brass and aluminium casting, and custom furniture, is looking for a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Executive with a background in Interior Architecture or Interior Design to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors and developers
• Identify new projects and business opportunities for HAGDESIGN. Present our manufacturing capabilities, materials, finishes, furniture and bespoke solutions to design professionals
• Visit architectural and interior design offices and follow up on potential projects and quotations
• Read and understand architectural drawings, specifications, materials and finishes
• Coordinate with our technical and production teams to develop opportunities into successful orders
• Maintain an active client database and report on sales opportunities and progress
• Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design
• Previous experience in business development, sales or client relationship management is an advantage
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, materials, finishes and bespoke furniture
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proactive, organized and confident in building professional relationships
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French is an advantage
• Valid driving licence and willingness to visit clients across Lebanon
