As part of our growth in the Gulf Region , we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers in the Gulf region
• Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and strategic presentations aligned with client needs
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that support business growth
• Achieve lead generation targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth objectives

Requirements

• Medical or pharmaceutical background (education or professional experience is essential)
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the pharma or healthcare industry , with a strong network and understanding of the Gulf market . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
