Business Development Executive – Interior Fitout

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Generate new business leads and secure fitout, renovation, and maintenance projects (commercial, residential, retail, office) Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, property managers, and facility management companies Identify tender opportunities and enquiries; follow up until award Conduct client meetings and site visits; understand project requirements Coordinate with the estimation team on quotations and BOQs; negotiate and close deals Follow up on submitted quotations and payment collections Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets and report pipeline status to management Requirements 5+ years proven business development or sales experience in interior fitout, joinery, or building maintenance in the UAE Existing network of clients, consultants, and contractors in Dubai/UAE Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu an advantage) UAE driving license preferred Ability to work independently and close deals with minimal supervision What We Offer Competitive salary (discussed at interview) plus attractive commission structure Visa and benefits as per UAE labour law Long-established company reputation to support your business development efforts Desired Candidate Profile new business leads and secure fitout, renovation, and maintenance projects Employment Type Full Time Company Industry ArchitectureInterior Designing Department / Functional Area ArchitectureInterior Design Keywords Business Acquisition Lead - Fitout ProjectsClient Relationship Management Get real-time job updates only on our App
