Business Development Executive

The Role: We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence across the UAE. This is a field-based role requiring someone who is proactive, commercially sharp, and confident building relationships across multiple industries. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in key sectors aligned with our services. I dentify and secure new business opportunities across the UAE Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, FM companies, and contractors Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, and coordinate internally for pricing and execution Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations and proposals Maintain a clear and realistic sales pipeline with regular reporting Support project handovers to operations to ensure smooth execution Requirements Proven sales experience in one or more of the following sectors, with a valid UAE driving license (mandatory). Facade Maintenance / Cleaning Rope Access Services Facilities Management (FM) Building Maintenance / AMC Sales Exterior / High-Level Maintenance Services Construction Subcontracting (specialist trades preferred) Fa ade / Cladding / Aluminium / Glass industries Waterproofing / Sealant / Envelope Repair works Strong understanding of the UAE market Existing client network is a strong advantage Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and target-driven
