Business Development Manager - AI / Software Development

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Join a fast-growing technology company at the forefront of AI-driven innovation, specialising in enterprise software solutions that transform customer experience and business communications. The company develops cutting-edge cloud-based solutions, including conversational AI, speech technologies, and intelligent automation, serving leading organisations across the public and private sectors in the GCC. The BD Manager will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners in Saudi Arabia to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Key Accountabilities: Develop and implement a business development strategy for the Saudi market. Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across relevant sectors. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners. Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Represent the company at relevant industry events and meetings. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Preferred Qualifications. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in technology or enterprise solutions. Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or data-driven technologies. Experience working with government or enterprise clients in KSA Experience in the Saudi market with knowledge of local business practices. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
