Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are a fast-growing agency specializing in digital marketing, SEO, website development, and other digital services. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our remote team, helping us expand our client base in the UAE market. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business acquisition by identifying and engaging with potential clients in the digital marketing, SEO, and website development space. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets of $15,000. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular progress reports to the management team. Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a digital agency environment. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, website development, and related services. Demonstrated success in achieving monthly sales targets of at least $15,000. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
