Job Description Roles & Responsibilities To work as Camp Boss. Responsible to prepare housing petty cash claims and submission to region supervisor. Maintain all log books at accommodation i.e. Visitor, Hospital visits Etc. Responsible to submit part-timers time sheets within the time limits. Coordinate with HO and pass massages / instructions to the staff as requested. Maintain occupancy and update when staffs transferred in / out. Responsible to submit daily monitoring report within time limits. To arrange cleaning of apartment and building communal areas as required. Supervise the distribution of LPG cylinder. Receive complaints from occupants and report all maintenance related issues to the relevant department i.e. Accommodation Supervisor, Coordinator and Helpdesk. Complete building H&S checks monthly and submit to Housing Dept. Conduct building reactive maintenance and health and safety checks weekly and submit to regions supervisor for progression and action. Responsible for apartment HS&E inspections with accommodation supervisor. Responsible for apartment HS&E inspections and submission of reports within the time limits.
