CCTV Security Operator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Monitor live video feeds from multiple CCTV cameras, identifying and responding to any suspicious activities or security breaches in real-time. Operate and maintain CCTV equipment, including cameras, recorders, and monitoring stations, ensuring optimal functionality and troubleshooting technical issues. Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken in detailed logs and reports, providing accurate and timely information for further investigation. Recognize and report potential security risks, such as unauthorized access, loitering, or unusual behavior, to appropriate personnel or authorities. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Criminology or a related field is a plus. Possess a valid Security Guard License or relevant certification as per local regulations. Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in CCTV operation or a similar security monitoring role. Demonstrated proficiency in operating various CCTV systems, VMS (Video Management Software), and recording devices.
