You will work closely with the founders to professionalise operations. The business has built a solid sales track record and is now professionalising its operations. This is a build role with real P&L and investment authority, not a caretaker CEO seat. The role Own fundraising from individual and institutional investors across projects. Build financial models and feasibility studies for new acquisitions. Run day-to-day operations for a focused, efficient team. Manage delivery across live projects sold through broker channels. Take strategic decisions on new sites, sales pace and investor terms. Hiring a CEO in Dubai Uae A CEO at a Dubai-based residential or mixed-use developer typically owns fundraising, project feasibility and delivery, reporting to the founders or board rather than a corporate parent.
