Chief Accountant

• Manage and oversee the full accounting cycle and financial reporting. * Build and establish the company s financial and industrial costing system. * Prepare trial balances and opening balances for raw materials, finished goods, and production lines. * Lead the financial side of the upcoming Odoo ERP implementation and data migration. * Prepare management reports, including Cash Flow Forecasts, Annual Budgets, Sales Analysis, Bank Positions, and Payables/Aging Reports. * Monitor inventory, costing, reconciliations, and financial controls.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements * Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 8 12 years of accounting experience. * Strong experience in cost accounting and inventory management. * Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred. * Advanced MS Excel skills. * Experience with ERP systems; Odoo is highly preferred. * Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills.
