Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives Oversee cash flow management, investments, and financial risk assessment Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and performance analysis Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and standards Manage audits, taxation, and legal financial requirements Advise senior management on strategic financial decisions Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial systems Monitor KPIs and improve financial efficiency across departments Desired Candidate Profile Required Skills Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities Excellent knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and reporting Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and decision-making capabilities Ability to work independently in a remote environment High level of integrity and professionalism Preferred Experience Minimum 8–12 years of experience in finance or accounting roles At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (CFO, Finance Director, or similar) Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or CMA Experience working in international or remote organizations Background in education, consulting, or service-based industries is a plus Join Berkeley Middle East and play a key role in shaping the financial future of a growing international organization.
